I like the rays of light showing, thank you.
I'd like to see the actual logo bigger so it is the same width as the company name!

I would like to see representation of the residential aspect of real estate so if one of the buildings could reflect residential that would be great!

I liked the logo created where the house and building converged into one.

Here are a couple of options taking your suggestions in to consideration. I think I still like the simplicity of the original. I included it as well for side by side comparison. I had to add the inner circle to 1.2, without it it looked like those peppermint wheels you get at restaurants Let me know what you think.

Id like to declare you the winner owever threre is still revisions we need to do to the original logo design.
Folks are telling me the arch at the top is representative of the Democratic National Party and as much as I like it we need to talk about revising it.
Also the name of the company is The Real Deal Investment Club (not group).

How can we talk to discuss revisions once I post you are the winner?

Thanks for choosing my design. Usually when we get to the final approval and I send you the final files you give the go ahead to send funds. The administrator can turn on our private messaging to finalize the logo.

Did you have something in mind to replace the arch or do you just want to give you a couple of options? Let me know.

Hi Tammy,
Here are the changes you requested. I gave a second option with your changes that I thought worked a bit better. I thought once we took the handshake away, the big red sun became distracting and really weighted the logo so I made it white and shrunk it to lighten it up. Also since we made "REALDEAL" all one color, I didn't feel the offset "investment club" worked anymore so I centered it. I think the logo(1.2b) works well. Let me know what you think.

Hi Vicki,
I have tried to contact the client several times via phone and email but to no avail. It's going on 2 months with no word. I have sent her the working EPS file of the last logos submitted and instructed her to contact me when she's ready to finalize. I am hoping in this case you can send the prize money prior to finalization due to the circumstances. I will most certainly take care of her when or if she calls.
