Colors To Be Used: red, white and blue

The Real Deal Investment Club is focused on the personal growth and business development of the real estate entrepreneur through subject matter experts, education, and networking. It is a patriotic themed club with an emphasis on the American Flag, Bald Eagle, red, white, and blue. I want the logo to be representative of residential and commercial real estate, growth, opportunity, education,success, The American Dream. I would like for the logo to be simple, clean lined, not to much stuff going on with it but representative of who we are. I had 1 logo created by an outside source and it was just too generic looking. Id be happy to share it. This logo will be going on my website.

I have attached a logo that was just created that is just NOT sitting right with several people. This was not created by anyone on designcontest, FYI.

I do like how The Real Deal Investment Club name is at the bottom of the logo. I do like the colors.
I was told the 2 taller buildings look too much like the "twin towers" which is not good.
I was told it looks to generic with little emotion to it.

I do want to emphasis growth of the individual real estate entrepreneur somehow.

I want the logo to be representative of residential and commercial real estate which you did and I like.

I also like the square windows vs the stars.

I look forward to seeing a revision.

I like what you have done initially.
My company colors are red, white, and blue so I would like to see those colors.

I also would like to see representation of residential real estate incorporated into the logo.

I like the sunburst but with fewer rays.

I like the way you did the name as well.

WOW! I absolutely love this design by far the most so far. You really listened to what I wanted.

Please redo the company name: The Real Deal
Investment Club

I perfer the first letter to be a larger Cap and the following letters to be smaller caps ( not sure what you call this font)

I would like to see the company name in a smaller size as well, not quite so big.

I love the colors and the patriotic theme you incorporated.

I love the arch with the stars and stripes.

I love how you incorporated the residential and commercial together. That is just so perfectly done. Thank you!!!!

It shows a handshake, a building and a ray of light.

Hi Tammy,
Here are a couple of options taking your suggestions in to consideration. I think I still like the simplicity of the original. I included it as well for side by side comparison. I had to add the inner circle to 1.2, without it it looked like those peppermint wheels you get at restaurants Let me know what you think.
