Maxson - Your 2nd design is still one of my favorites. I like your 3rd entry also and would like to see more emphasis (or bold) on the word Black.
illumina - I like the way you formatted the BlackBelt (the bold) over the Recruiter. I'm still not a big fan of the R (I'd like to see other revisions of the R).
rEnder - I really like that first design. I "may" be a bit bulky stacked vertically - remember this will a 'sub-logo' on a recruiter's business card. Their employer's logo will need to be the primary logo. This logo will be one that they will have to try to make room for (almost an additional tag-line for the recruiter). Try doing something a bit more "horizontally" based. Regarding the second entry, I like the first entry better...the fonts are better...I like the whole thing better.
Gerhard - What if the text were "curved" somewhat to give a better feel for the belt?
igorad - Feel is a little more "elegant" than what we are looking for. We are liking the bolder approach.
rEnder - Can you show the green belt in a deeper/bolder shade of green? Thank you!
Maxson - Can you show the horizontal version as BlackBelt (instead of Black Belt)? Also, would like to see the belt portion at each end of the graphic in Red and Green. Thank you very much!
well, here are both versions just in case.

For getting a better feel for the belt as you suggested, I putted the main text in a box/main part of the belt, rather than making the text "curved", as you suggested. A curved text would get a water, drunk or whatever feel, but not a belt feel, I fear.
The belt relations are now enough explicit for anyone to understand. I colored it with some deeper tones, so the insignia versions don't need any cut or whatever to be understood.

Thanks for the feedback. Here's another refined concept.
Note to EVERYONE...
We really like what we are seeing here. ...and despite my attempts to NOT use the "Black Belt" wording, there have been several really good entries that do use the wording. But we think it will be misleading to allow a Green Belt Recruiter to place the Black Belt wording on their business card, etc., if they only have earned a Green Belt Designation. If you are using "Black Belt" wording in your design AND your design is selected, we will need to see representations of your work that show the art/graphic along with the correct wording (in the correct color) for the level of belt being referred to. For example...
GREENBELT
RECRUITER
Or
REDBELT
RECRUITER
We also want to make sure that the colors are bold, yet distinguished as being the color they represent. We like bright red (like a barn red or a firetruck red...some of the red's here are coming across as maroon or orange). We also like a green along the shade of a John Deere green...some of the greens so far have been more 'washed out'.
Hope that helps ALL of you in your refinements and attempts.
Thank you AGAIN!
