We are branching off on of our services - the Intelligent Help Desk - into a company on its own. The company will be known as IHD and the tag line is Your Intelligent Help Desk. Basically, when a company has a product or service that needs 24x7x365 support, we provide that service. IHD takes the first call for support on your products and/or services, we then escalate the call as necessary. Our client support specialists provide all the documentation for each ticket that is opened. Not only do we stay on the call until the problem is resolved, we also document the entire process, and follow up afterward to make sure the problem was resolved. We thought about using a power button as the logo since when company purchases this service, it could be customized for the their company - powered by IHD. We are open to any ideas! Colors aren't set in stone, we do not have to stick with Unitiv's color scheme.

We have just made the decision to go "IHD SERVICES" as the company name rather than just IHD. Please use the full name in your logo submissions.

We like the concept of this one, but prefer your first entry so far.
