I really appreciate the compliment. I added the bridge platform so now it's safe to cross.

Haha, thanks for making it safe! It looks great. This is getting tough to choose. All of you are quite talented. Is it possible to slim down the S and the B, and make them a little lessthick and deep in the image? Regardless it looks great, I just have 6 days left in the contest and am seeing some different takes. Thanks!

Haha, sorry for the "robotic" piece, I'm didnt know quite how to express it! I like the last two fonts you tried. I wonder what it would look like to take the S and the B, move them further apart and add another piece of the bridge (column, trellis, etc.) in between. Just an idea! All of these look great.

I created the logo as an iPhone app also. I look forward to your reaction to my initial entry.

Wow, I have to admit this has taken over the top spot. Looks like you have a hometown advantage! Thats a great city up there, clearly I love Cincinnati.

I honestly dont know what to suggest. I love the Iphone style design. Love the font and perspective too. To be honest, I would just like to see what other ideas went through your head on this piece. Since you seem to know it so well please feel free (should you have time) to throw out other designs of the Roebling Bridge. I really liked this take. Maybe even try a blue back ground (just switch the colors on the Green button example you produced?)

    Thanks,
    Jim

    Thanks again.

I wanted to try something a little bolder for my third concept.

I like the boldness, but I think I enjoyed the first attempts a bit more. The seema bit more, fluid, song like, for lack of a better word? Still, I love seeing all the takes on this. Thank you.

Thank you for the great feedback.
Couldn't really add an eliment between the S&B since the lower portion of the S makes up the lower portion of the B in a way that connects two areas (if you will) similar to the way a bridge does. So I completed a bridge set behind the SB icon (which could work on it's own as well).
reused the two lower fonts you stated you liked.

I may like this the best of the ones you have submitted. I am still deciding which font. Regardless, looks really good!

for my 3rd subission I went with a little more playfull feel (with the font) and made the word be the actual bridge.
Let me know if there are any changes you need for this or any others.

    [QUOTE=Jopicasso;112368]Hello Dear
    here's my entry:

What a neat new take on this! Its definitely eye catching. I might like to see a different take on the positioning of the words, it looks like the bridge is a bit off keel? I wish I could provide more insight but I am a rookie at this, perhaps play around with the company name placement in relation to the bridge, i do like how its incorporated into the image. Many thanks!

That looks VERY cool. Is it possible to incorporate the color green in some aspect? I hate messing with the color scheme to much because it seems to work well as is. But for the sake of comparison...great look though!

    Update

To all who have submitted. I am stunned by your talent, what a fantastic effort! I know we have 4 days left so let me help narrow the focus. Once I saw the one from CincyTodd I very much loved the take on the "Iphone Button" type logo, almost a look as if going down the bridge. Perhaps going forward we could keep this in mind. Apps and mobile web products is what this company sells and it makes a lot of sense to incorporate the iphone, the look of a button, something along those lines into the logo. Thanks for the patience as I work through this as well. Many thanks!
