Roam the World - $300 - Oct. 1

My concept merges the idea of roam and expanding digital signal and a stylized metaphor for one of those globe maps that is opened up so you san see the world on a flat surface. I selected a corporate color blue as it is the most widely respected color around the globe and green to play off of the world being blue and green. I look forward to your feedback.

I hope you were referring to my post (#21) above with this comment. I was pretty pumped with how it turned out but I will explore some other options the the two-circle symbol in the meantime.

cincytodd - I really do love your logo - its definitely one of the best ive seen. i just wanted to know if you had any other ideas for the two spheres - since your first one came out so great, just wanted to see what else you could come up with.

I have done a lot of sketches but nothing seems to top my first entry so I went back to it and started tinkering with it. I soon found out that the colors and fonts were on target so I focused on improving the 2 spheres. I felt that the roaming/digital signal came across very well but the two spheres did not totally communicate the opened global map as well as I would have liked. I found a solution by adding 4 thin ruled lines that now blend Roam and World into one graphic element. I hope you agree and look forward to your thoughts on my improved concept. Thanks.

Thank you everyone for your submissions. This contest really showed all your creative talents and it was a very hard decision to choose just one.

In the end, the logo that we are awarding is "smack's logo." Congrats smack!
