It's also hard to know that the name is 504 sports. If looking at it you might think it says 54?????? Looking forward to seeing some other possibilities too. Come on people, who is the best?

First of all thanks......... What about 1/4 of the O replaced with spokes? Let's get rid of the baseball. Also, no football, how about a volleyball instead? I am thinking about Paralympic sports specifically while still staying relevant to the mainstream sports world. www.USParalympics.org might help you?

Hi Dave - Thank you for steering me to that web site. While I was revising the logo to include different sports the thought occurred to me that you could have 3 or 4 variations of this logo.

Logo 1 - basketball, soccer, football, baseball (softball)
Logo 2 - tennis, archery, cycling, volleyball
Logo 3 - some other sports although some would be harder to recognize in a 1/4 of a circle

For example, on your web site you could have the sports rotate in a clockwise fashion. The 1/4 volleyball would turn into 1/4 basketball, 1/4 cycling wheel would turn into 1/4 football. 1/4 archery target would turn into 1/2 soccer and so on.... just a thought.

This is the best one so far. Wondering if we have some other spoke options? Looking for something just a little bit sharper then what is there. Possible?

FYI - 504 stands for an educational 504 plan. This is a plan that accommodates for individuals that need accommodating. Example being a ramp to get into school or a sit ski so they can ski with their peers during PE class. Thanks.

I like the Flat Color version the best, the one in the top right corner. What about movement added to that one?

just stayed with the flat color added movement to the spokes and some movement lines.
The bottom version has just a little more lean to the image than the top.

Hey Dave, I wanted to let you know that I am working on a totally new concept for you and should have it completed late tomorrow night after I get my kids in bed or Friday night at the latest.

Excellent - I am not sold on anything yet but it is exciting to watch you work. If I were to give you feedback on your most recent, it would be to have a more refined (radial) wheel. My household has been dealing with the flu so sorry about the lack of feedback. Looking forward to your new concept.

What you have done is very cool. When I started this contest, I did not want wheelchairs or disabled people in the logo......... however, I don't feel that way with this design. The black block version with white on the inside looks pretty cool too. What is your personal favorite and why?

Thank you for your comments. First I didn't want to show any versions/variations of wheelchairs or disabled people either. I just wanted to work with the #'s and come up with something unique looking, but couldn't really help that the 5 ended up looking that way, so why fight it since it flows well.
My personal favorite is the top one w/ the gray text. Why? It's simple to the point and it's not over exagerated to show movement.
My second favorite would have to be the white on black simply cause I'm a fan of white space images. I could go that route and colorize the black area and round out the corners leaving the white or using a secondary color for the 504.
