Coy- Thanks for submitting. The colors work well together, but I am interested in seeing your logo in blue and gold. Aside from the color detail, your logo is outstanding.

NHR- Very cool design. It is so cool that I am having a hard time telling you that I am too focused on the artwork and I feel the logo got a little lost.
COY- I think I am sold on blue and gold. I'd prefer the darker, flat colors. Your design is great. Nice job.
CincyTodd- Another great submission. I think I like the first one a little more though. Can you make the taller building on the original logo look a little less city?

I tried to simplify the house and incorporated a chart symbol for the roof to tie int he Investor aspect so all in that one area you have graphics that represent Delaware Real Estate and Investor. The graphics do not overshadow the Association's name (acronym) though.

CincyTodd- Great. Really. I appreciate the investor idea, but it makes me think more stock market than real estate investing. Just make the roof a regular roof and it is as sizzlin' as it is going to get for me. Thank you.
