Dongerz- Would you take a moment to reduce the size/height of the letters in Delaware Real Estate Invesotrs Association? Also, would like to see it with the chimney blue and the window removed. Thank you.

Here are the changes you asked for. Although I like it without the window I thought you might think there was a void so I gave 1.2 as a suggestion to fill it. Let me know what you think. I also included 1.0 for comparison.

Dongerz- Thanks for the quick change. Removing the window and reducing the size of the formal name was an attempt to simplify the logo a bit. Which it did. The lines in 1.2 busy it again. I like 1.1 alot. Thank you.

I am always looking for small ways to improve my concepts and while taking out what reminded you of the stock market graphic for a more normal roof I noticed that perhaps the state of Delaware graphic could act as a home as well. So in the bottom variation I put in a front door and upstairs window and you could stretch it to be an "i" for investor. Compare it to the top that does not have them and see which you like best. Thanks.
