I've changed the tag line a bit. Just taking out the Buy and Sell and leaving it "your homes best value". This leaves a nice area for a phone number, web address or even agents name and number. everything else is the same and should be highly visiable at far distance w/ the simple shape and text.

    Hi, Coy:

Let's remove the tag lines. I can always add something later.

    Thanks!

    A few tweaks

    Hi, Nutz:

After reviewing the latest (and thank you for your changes), we have a few more tweaks we'd like to see:
-Is there a way we can have some black shadowing or outlining of the words "Home Value Realty" that might make the name pop out more and be more readily readable?
-We'd like to see a little more yellowish color on the word "Value", which appears to our eyes to be a little too orange.
-Finally, can you make the background a deeper red? This background also looks too orange to our eyes. The background color of #32 is what we are looking for.

    Thank you!

    Hi Greg
Here is the revision you asked
    Regards
    Daniel

ps: you should know that this design will work in any kind of reddish background you like. If you have the PMS color from your previously logo you could share to us the code so we could show you the result in the exact same colors

    Daniel:

Thanks for the quick response! Much appreciated.

We would like the word "Value" even a little more yellow. Also, can the shadowing around the words "Home Value Realty" be somehow made to have these words stand out even more? I'm not sure how to accomplish this, and am open to any ideas. This will be placed on a 28" X 30" yard sign, and we really want the words to be easily readable from cars driving by. We like the new background color--thanks!

    Greg

    Revision.
I went a step lighter with the blue because it clashed w/ the black to much. I might even suggest going a little lighter on it if used for signage.

are you doing the signs in vynil or printing them?

The reason I ask about how the signs will be made is because if it's vinyl we won't want to use any gradiants, if it's printed then the gradiants could be used.
We can even do two versions; one for web, business cards, letter heads with gradiant drop shadows and one for signs w/ no gradiants.
I might even suggest a gray or dark gray in place of the black.

Thank you, Coy! For the revisions, and for the prompt response.

The shadowing is exactly what we were looking for. It really makes the words pop and easily readable from a distance. Regarding the blue, I agree, but we are strongly leaning toward the white anyway, as it shows up the best.

The signs will be on both vinyl, as well as on metal. Also, on our website, business cards, letterhead, and anything else we can think to plaster it on.

We have until the end of the day today for the contest, and will be making our final decision ASAP after that.

    Thanks again!

    Greg
