I like the change in lotus except the bottom leaf and the person. I like the green, light and dark blue combination and the Orange and blue combination.

Pls use just the lotus in v1.1(without the man and the bottom leaf) and replace it in v.2. Change the font color to flat dark Grey or dark blue which will bring in a contrast between the words and the lotus.

I have attached another color combination for v2 which I have done, pls give life to this as well and lets see how it looks. Good job.

With all the changes this will be my 3rd concept.
I used a burnt orange instead of Red as a variation of your attached color combination since you don't want to "go into red" with money

I think I got all the changes you requested.
With all the changes this will be my 3rd concept.

The color combination is looking good. Its funny when u said u have used burnt orange instead of red actually the color was burnt orange in the attachment.

here are few variations I would like to see

1. Modify the side petals of the lotus to have an angle/curve like the attached. When you doing the side petals pls keep in mind that the circle indicates the head of the customer, the tip of the central petal indicates the shoulder and the top lines of the side petals are the arms of the customer.

2. I am not content with the font used. Could you try the fonts used in Loanmarket.com.au and any other web 2.0 style font

3. pls try having a small gap between the circle and the lotus

Made the changes.
Small gap, peddle like attached. and the font. Well I picked 3 out. Kept with the San-serif fonts as these are more poppular w/ web2.0 type of looks.
I have hundreds more to choose from.
Also just stayed with the burnt Orange and drk blue colors for now.

apologies for the delay. here are modifications I would like see

1. Change the font to same font as Coy has used in #21 with font size the same.
2. Use dark Grey color for the fonts
3. Pls reduce the size of the lotus almost to the same size as the word "SMART" may be the circle could be above the level of the word.
4. Pls produce the lotus in the same color combination as Coy has shown in #21
5. pls do any required modification to the lotus including the angle of the side petals keeping in mind that the circle indicates the head of the customer, the tip of the central petal indicates the shoulder and the top lines of the side petals are the arms of the customer.

Think these modification are going to help me compare the concepts in the same light

As for font just about every font site has a preview mode that allows you to view what it looks like.
This could help narrow it down some. Do you want Serif fonts or Sans-Serif fonts. basically the sanserif fonts are straight w/ nothing sticking out like an Arial font, Serifs are similar to Times New Roman
Also did you want to pay for a font or find a free font. If you use free fonts make sure you check out all the information. Some don't allow you to use them for commercial use.

I really like the simplicity of this logo. Only thing again is the words/font. I would like all letters in the "SMART" to be of the same size. It will be good if the font used is not the CAPS font.

I like the font. could you pls leave the font styles in v 3.1 as it is but instead of the lotus in v3.1 pls insert the lotus in v 3.0 with the color combination as v3.1.

I dont have anything to say other than that wow!! and dumbfound. Its exciting the way this contest is shaping. Perfect.

Would like to see the blue and green combinations.

In regards to lotus, actually my mind is struck with that as the target audience are mainly Indians and other Asians. As each version is valuable pls present only one version with some other icons. Even though the company is mainly focus is home and other loans at this stage I would like to stay away from logo representing just that as we will be providing financial planning and investment advices in the near future.
