Is mthe designer required to create the web page as well along with the logo? I may be reading this wrong.

if the client wants the logo and layout it might be too much...

First, they should be seperate contests.
Second, the minimum for a logo is 200.
the minimum for a template image is 250
that comes up to 450.
the prize is 100 dollars under the minimum.
I suggest closing the contest until something is worked out.

actually we have updated our logo minimum, now it is $250

i dont think you can really enforce that until the changes are in the contest prize guide. contest holders will go there and assume the minimum is 200.

On the main contest page, click on "Pro Contest Archve", then click on the Hjertestart link and view the entries. You'll see the winner marked with an orange box.
