The site looks pretty nice. Might be a little bit plain, but certainly well executed.

You should try using Lorem Ipsum filler text instead of repeating words. It looks more pleasing and gives a more realistic view of the page. Here's a link, just click on the "Generate Lorem Ipsum" button and you'll get a bunch of gibberish paragraphs that you can stick into your web designs.

Well you got a nice fresh green logo, and then on the picture from the profile you have a header plus a footer background... just need a content area in between...

your avatar has this nice fresh green and it looks very nice. and the website looks a little dull.

looks clean. let is stay simple. but the nav looks a little too web 2.0
There are many ways to showcase video that is not so youtubish

I will agree with few of the posters above. No matter the site looks nice, simple and meanwhile stylish it somehow doesn't fit my first impression about you.

The site is cold, and dark. I think you should go with that bright green on your avatar as a help-color, where your main color will be white. Stylized of course. Most of the cool looking portfolio or personal site are based on simplicity and the creativity around the interpreting of the simplicity.

My two cents.
