Question Which of these sites has a better design please?

I would be interested to hear people's feedback about two of our microsites, which were done by two different designers.

    Vision Express Offers

    Air New Zealand Flights

In terms of design - the aesthetic look - which one do you think looks better please? Curious to know what the experts think, as me and my colleague think completely differently, and I'd like to know which one to put in our portfolio.

    Thanks.

I think they are both clean and I didn't take alot of time looking them over but from first glance. I like the Air new zealand better.

Both are almost the same, but I like Air New Zealand more because it's business oriented, while Vision one keep me thinking of some scam websites. Sorry for the bad english.

The guy who designed Air New Zealand Flights has a better eye for details and likes to do things right, though he seems too conservative, reminds me of myself. I'd say it's a tie.

I like the Air New Zealand one better. It looks more professional and easier to navigate.

I don't do web design so I am writing this from an end-user & graphic designer perspective.
IMHO; the Vision Express site looks like tons of other sites offering "quick and easy money over internet", so nothing catchy for me here.
The other one, Air New Zealand, looks more clean and professional, and definitely easier to navigate.
So I would pick the second one.
    NHF, please.

I prefer the look of the first one but think the second is easier to navigate. I am choosing the second one only because of the navigation.

You are ascing about the aesthetic look of both websites, so I prefer the design of Vision Express - it is fresh, modern, not too much info at the first page, it catches your eye. The website of the airlines looks a bit conservative.
At least this is my first impression, the first website disappoints me a bit when I click through the pages, I expected more nice pictures and better structured text: there are so many headlines and each one in a different colour.

    Air Zealand hands down.

The first one has contrasting images on top of eachother, tons of white space, poor quality of images, the girls arm is chopped off, no link interaction, no spacing of images, etc.

Go with the 2nd for sure, especially if it will be in a portfolio.

ok here are my two cents from being a web designer myself.... i like vision express better... the air new zealand looks really way too simple and a little dated...
