Does it stand like that without the disk in the package?

Bands/DJs/Musicians could put some interesting artwork in there. Like something to keep on your desk.

Nice work, seems a different kind of work. I saw the video at your blog, impressed with this as lot of hard work is applied before making it live, above all you wrote it's Eco-friendly, no glue, will attract companies to buy your designs.

It actually stands better without the disc cause the disc have a bit of weight making it want to close on it self. Yeah it can be made without any glue however on the mass production side need to build machine that can put it together without glue but with glue with human hands its much faster. Soon have another packaging with minimal materials even more eco friendly.

I think adding a pop-up effect in the center would be a neat place for a business card.

I want playing with paper, mostly do that when I am bored then thought how could I able to open a CD packaging and flip is sideways cause the other design I did before how they popup was not that interesting. Then after few tries got this out of the paper super simple design and actually uses about same amount of paper as other popup cd packaging.

The shape of the package once it's opened is really interesting. The 3 walled corner it creates is a great space for design. Congratulations on creating such a great product design.
