I think the brain is actually too bright at places, mainly the sides but at the left half, it's quite bright in the middle as well.. and I'm not too fond of your fonts either

Exactly I think there are better ways to illustrate creativity than through a radioactive brain.

Just remember that most art is subjective. Though many common aspects exist among good work, specifics should never be the deciding factor of whether you have a quality piece or not.

Some will like it some will hate it, just leave it alone, learn from it, and move on.

I personally have no problems with the design.

I thought it was a medical piece. I like the background to, and don't think the multicolored brain says much for creativity.
