surprised by all the pc love. i have a pc that is about to implode, and i have never had a mac-related problem as of yet. they could be a hell of a lot cheaper though!

I use Mac. I also play and engineer music on my computer also. We have two Mac desktops and a laptop. My wife's desktop is five years old, and still runs good. Like anything, it's all preference.

I am most definitely a MAC simply due to the fact every PC ive bought has gotten some type of virus/spyware...going 3 years virus free since buying a MAC. Also theres nothing on a PC like SPACES...if your a MAC user you understand..."SPACES" saves lives!

I prefer the PC! Though mac is a good design 'weapon' of choice too. For the same reason as it's not too picky over apps and programs

Sorry but Apple is just an overpriced brand. More so now, when it got the same internals as Windows PCs.

My PC runs on Windows 7 x64. And it does anything I need it to.

at first i design with PC, but after i buy my mac, it's so much easier and faster.
I think every designer should use mac.
it's more reliable and easier to use and also more convinience

Its all about the experience. If you use Mac continously, you'll get addicted with it. As same for PC. As for me, I feel, they are only the media. Its the skill, creativity and experience rule over Mac or PC.

i love mac. software work more or less the same, but PC is not the inspiring working enviroment for me. just my personal feeling, because i love my comp to be beautiful AND reliable.
