I think we all go through this in some way or another. Life in general is stressfull. Sometimes stress is good though. We can sometimes turn that stress into energy for our brains to keep going. Things can always be worseand somebody down the road might be having a more stressful day than you or don't even think this but....your computer could break!

I wanted to add that sometimes when I get down I get deopressed and that makes the stress worse, going for a walk or even doing something I have not done in awhile. If I have been busy designing for others, and stummble on a block I will go and paint on a canvas or go and take photos but a walk does wonders as well

leaf your computer do something else and go to inspiring seminars. Watch some vids on TED: Ideas worth spreading
