i have to say, being Irish i'll take em boiled, roasted, mashed, as champ, chipped, sliced and fried, as potato bread (fage) or cold straight from the fridge if i've had a few drinks hahaha...im tempted to even make a smoothie outta them....honestly, just to live up to the stereotype i cant remember a day in my life that i haven't had purtys, or spuds, potatoes, whatever ye like to call em! :]#

ah, the potatoe....like it in any way, shape or form. But for some reason potatoe pancakes with scallions came to mind....reaching for the takeout menu....
