When a contest is deadline the CH can choose a winner or extend the contest

Hi, the Sea Fm contest has been on deadline from September 4th. Can someone tell me what is DC's deadline for a contest holder to name a winner. I just need to know the final decision for the contest, thanks

I have emailed the contest holder, (he has 2 contests on deadline right now) If I don't here from him within a week I will consider the contests abandoned.
