I was trying to apply for the Elite designer status when I found the last criteria finds me not ineligible for this.. It says I have 60 infraction points while I must have less than 50 of them to be qualified.

Can these points come down ?? Please clarify regarding this. Thank you..

I checked your infractions, they will be expiring Jan 7 and jan 9. So your infraction will be gone within the next two weeks

It looks like the infractions were for not following the rules back in feb and march. I can't see what they are because of the switch to the new system. The rules would be something like not taking the time to read through the guidelines for example, how to enter a professional contest. Continuing to enter the contest the wrong way, this is just an example because I can't see exactly what your infractions were for. But as I said they will be gone within the next couple of weeks.

Another thing to do is read through the knowledgebase we have. There is a great deal of information there. You can find the knowledgebase by clicking the "help" button up top of any page in the header section, when you click help choose knowledgebase and there you go.
