I'm back....

Hello, fellow creatives. My name is Barry. This is a more of a “re-introduce myself” post in this thread (as I have been a member of DC for a number of years, but fairly inactive for about that long). Browsing back through this site again is refreshing. It is quite inspiring to see a lot of the new, young, real creative talent still submitting very impressive and professional-looking designs.

As I am now pushing fifty years old, my rheumatoid arthritis is getting worse and I fractured my hip and underwent a bit of surgery recently. The “bailing wire and duct tape job” they did on me should get me up and hobbling again sometime soon, but since I’ll be sitting around for awhile, I might as well try and be productive, right? My mouse finger still works, so I’d like to get a bit more active here again and give some of you a run for the money...

So look for my “smiling face” a little more often! As I log on here more frequently, I find myself looking forward to being a part of the community again. This is a great place to keep in practice, get inspiration and stay sharp! Thanks!
