A contest that last one hour held on a specific time that is set that is easily to compete for everyone. A fast briefing and you can only send in one design that is made within 1 hour. Briefing will be only directly on start of the hour and only able to submit within the hour.

hmmmmmmm..would be really competitive..but some how unfair ..bcuz of all the time difference for designers all over the world.. as u might notice DC mods & admins mostly from US & there's a lot of time difference it would be if a contest lasts for just 1 hour in US time zone..lots of designers would never get the chance to participate!! bcuz of being sleep at night & so
would be good if u suggest 1 day / 24 hour at least contest

Thats a very nice idea I agree with it.It will definitely create better teams and unadulterated ideas would come out clearly.My only fear is technical hindrances(ups and downs in connectivity) which might cause anxiety in designers.

Can't say I like the idea of speed designing....a good designer, like a good songwriter, knows the importance of the first draft and its many variations in order to get to its final. As a hip hop artist, I've been in many freestyle scrums and when the recordings are played back...it always sounds like crap in comparison to a worked out song. This is the same with designs

maybe a one day contest but the hour thing that's tight, but a good thought.
