I think its necessary to add an option (small contests) which CH can choose to pay less for a logo (ex. 100$ or less) but to be obligated to choose one logo after a number of logo submited. I think its more motivating to know that someone will be paid at the end. Some company are very big and I understand that their logo has to be perfect but also there are small websites that knowing the fact that here are professional designers wont have problem to pay one design at the end.
