Form help needed

Hiya, i was wondering if anybody could help me out with something..., it looks like a very small job, but i really cant figure out how to do it.

Ok heres whats puzzling me:

I cannot get my form to work, what i mean by form is..., a reply form for my website, its one of those forms where visitors can get in contact with you, via filling in the empty required fields. I had used a form template provided by 'Frontpage', i uploaded it on to the server and now when i tested it out, it didnt work...., i'm not a full newbie with websites, and have some websites of my own, i was just wondering if anybody can tell me how to get a simple form working, please provide me with detailed instructions if possible. Supposedly the server does support php, and cfg,

Hi Kayz
The form needs to call on another script to work, where it has the tag <form action=" ", you need to put in the script name. There are a lot of free form processing scripts online, if you browse through http://php.resourceindex.com you'll find a form processing script, most have good instructions on how to use them too. I recommend going with php over cgi, mostly because I personally think cgi is a very sloppy and obsolete code compared to PHP, coldfusion and ASP.
