I like it, but the navigation is sort of annoying. When you go over one, you have to go all the way off to try again if you accidentally move over the wrong one.

I like the nav, its really creative with the rollover but it sort of confused me for abit. Since the rollover changes the whole nav I sort of thought it brought me to one place, even the I saw the text on each individual button. Its up to you, I wouldnt want you to change the nav all around. Also if I were you I would maybe change your background to a solid color like a light gray or something, but thats just me :P. I really like what you got so far
Cant wait to see it finished, keep it up.

The nav menu is quite original, but... as rolling over changes all the buttons, I would suggest to leave some space around the menu, so that people can roll out quicker and see what button that is. I'm not sure if my idea is clear, the upper buttons have no space around them (they have little space, it's not very comfortable), so you have to move the mouse down across the menu to see what that button was. If there was some space around that buttons, people could roll out upwards quickly. Your ideas are good, and the site is nice and simple. My opinion is that you have to work more on the menu, it's font, and you should try to choose colors that combine with the logo (for the menu).
I believe that's all.
PS: My first post, feel lucky I use it on you (?)

Good
I like it Cosmico. I agree with Blake though. While the menu looks great it needs a little work so that visitors to your site don't need to move the mouse around so much. Once you are on the menu you need to roll off it in order to see what the next selection is, if you know what I mean?
I also like to see what it is I am opening. Maybe when you roll over one of the six buttons you should leave that button faded out with the text still on it or something?
You have the basic idea in place already, it looks good, it just needs some massaging.
One more thing. I love the idea of a multi-lingual site. But, I don't know if it is me but I don't think having both on the same page is the way to go. Give a choice of language and stick with it throughout.
Just some ideas, I like the site.
Very unique logo too.

Have to agree with some of the comments here mate, the menu needs to be altered so folks won't have to move their mice, but otherwise it's an alright looking site
. You going to stick with that logo by the way?

Greetings Cosmico — Nice job! I'm very intruiged by the language the work speaks! It has a hi-tech/indigochild-like/playful quality to it.
For the menu function, I would move that to the left side. Users will be looking on the left for that element. Moving it to the left will also solve having the menu in the way of the scroll bar on the right. I liked the funtionality of the menu though. At first I was like, "why is this menu now covering up a page I was looking at?" But then it didn't matter to me. It wasn't obtrusive. I was ready to change the page by opening the menu, so what was underneath didn't matter.
I thought there were too many frames going on. You may want to try and cut down as much as you can for those. I would also somehow have the links/short info right with the thumbnails. Going to a whole other page isn't neccessary. People don't have much time, and showing your work quickly is key.
Composition and color were nice!
The first thing I was drawn to was the bullseye part of your logo, so it was effective. I also like your play on words, 'be apart.'
Keep up the great work!!

great concept
I think you concept and design is solid. Maybe centering the page vs. left justify. That way the viewer doesn't focus on anything else. but your site.

I like it. My only suggestion would be to amke the words in the navigation buttons visible when your mouse is over it.
