If I were designing it, I would:
- Shrink or get rid of the orange circle within the letter "b"
- Make the binary numbers stand out more -- darker coloring
- Give the eggs some more values to define the shape of the egg
- (Possibly) Shrink the egg logo's, but the detail would be lost if I were to do that, too
I like the black and white look. The typography works for me.

I like the orange color.
One thing I don't like is how the hard edges inside the letter "b" look next to the round, orange eye. Just doesn't feel right.
Also, try it out on a white background, too, to make sure it is versatile.
Nice concept, though. I think it just needs some ironing.

though also, maybe in the eggs, put a VERY light gray (noticable) so that it looks like a little shading? I think that will spice it up
EDIT: I just thought of maybe having a piece of the egg broken off and have the inside of the eggshell (the piece that is showing on the "ground") have all the 11001010100111's..... maybe idk? just a thought.

Also, I agree that the orange circle in 'birth' isn't necessary.
Good job though!

and yes as everybody has said, the orange circle seems unnecessary, but if you really awant it maybe you can fit in shape with the b.

There is too much going on, I think. Simplify. Develop one of the ideas. Focus on the eye in the b. Make it more obvious as to what it is. Nix the eggs. OR develop a single egg into your icon, simplifying and honing it. Leave the b unadorned, work on the kerning or explore a few other fonts.
Keep up the good work!

I agree but I'd find a way to include the binary numbers without putting them on the egg
