Yeah, IE can do that sometimes. Actually most of the time...
When I design sites, I always make a separate .css file for IE, which has some different elements from the main .css file.
The sites look good. I only have one suggestion: the title where it says "welcome" on this page:
http://www.kshdzines.com/index.php can be made bigger, as it's too similar in size with the "Home" text. And I have one question: why is the "home" text there anyway ? I think it's clear that that is the home page from the menu link. Hope that helped...
