Hi Andrew,
you've done well.
I really like simple and clean blogs and so I like the redesign of your blog.
I especially like the comment form - it is really nice and it matches the whole design. I think it will be better if you also replace the standard submit button with one that is designed to match the rest of the blog and particularly the comment form.

Still, I find the top navigation a little bit confusing. When I clicked home I expected to go to some home/start page of the blog. In stead, Home, My Work and Get in Touch go to your primary website which has a different design and it is a bit... surprising at least. Just a suggestion: may be you should consider distinguishing/separating in some way the blog navigation from the website navigation?

Also an advice from me: on the Home page, make your flash creations open in new windows or tabs. Few people would press the back button, most would hit the x, so you may lose your visitors at that point.
