any thouhts on this..
I know the text is a bit normal for a sports theme. but I tried a different approach w/ the ball and bats.
I also think it looks better w/ a white background but they want to use green on the website so I showed it with a light/bright green so it wouldn't get washed w/ the blue text they wanted.

Seems like too many elements, i dont know what to pay attention to. Or maybe its just the green. I like the bat idea, but seems too skinny in there or maybe its cause it's blending with the background?
But it does looks like a sports logo, like old school but in a good way.

Yeah I think everything is a little lost on the green background, but the client wants it. Maybe try some sort of white outline or a double outline on the text.

Try moving the bats and ball to the end of the 'n'
Looks a bit busy all in the middle there.

I told him to keep the background of the website white or a faded yellow(there colors are blue and gold) but as far as any other changes I think this one is done. It's not a big money maker so I used images I allready had so it wouldn't take very long. I'll be lucky to make $50 off it I think. but knew that going into it.
