Lexlights will be a web-shop were people can find and purchase design and decorative lighting (and accessories like bulbs, etc) very easily, from A-brand suppliers at sharp prices. Quality lighting products for home, garden, office, ... use. With this project we seek to supply our home market (Belgium) and to boost the export to neighboring countries (in Europe). That is why the web-shop will be available in Dutch, English and French and many different country url's are purchased such as .com, .fr, .de, .es, .dk, . etc
For this we seek a logo and a "shipment sticker" to put on the orders' carton boxes that go out.
The logo should be: sober, strong, reliable, minimalistic, timeless, corporate.
two colors preferably: red, black, white (grey)
(don't make your logo designs around the idea of a lightbulb, this is really too cheap.)
Make it very sober, avoiding 3d or mirror effects. I will add two logo designs that were created by friends or colleagues. These are just examples that we would rate already around 40%. Don't go further on these, create your own original idea. This is just an example of what we like (soberness, 2d colors, etc) Besides that we like the more simple logo's like for instance the Fedex logo.
People who see the logo and possible subscript (just as an example, you will have to come up with better ones: your webshop for lighting, light shopping made easy, the smart way to buy lighting, lighting at clear prices, webshop for lighting, etc) should know that it is a webshop about buying quality lighting/(finding lighting solutions) online.
Most of the orders will be shipped in carton boxes. We want to put a sticker (a quality shipping label) that gives the buyer confidence that the shipment will arrive in perfect condition. A (very sober) render off a box with an arrow or wings and a simple subscript like 'lexlights quality shipping' or '1st class shipping' or 'reliable shipping' or something much better that you come up with are possible. (off course other ideas are welcome). This sticker is preferably round and has a diameter of +- 10cm.
