On average how many print designs can I expect to receive during the contest?
In a normal 7 days contest with an average design payout, you will receive around 30 designs. However, you may receive many more if you're offering a high prize amount and depending on the complexity of your design brief.
What is the average amount to spend on a print design contest?
For a 7 day contest with no upgrades or extra features, the average amount paid (including DesignContest commission & handling fees) is just $250.
How can I increase the diversity of the designs in my contest?
If you have a blind contest, you will be preventing any of the designer's from seeing each other's entries. So every designer will be unable to copy any elements of other entries and will therefore submit completely original work.
What if I need several sizes of my print design?
If you know what these sizes will be during the contest, you can add these dimensions to the brief.
If I love a design but want some tweaks done, can I get modifications done?
The comment area will be exclusive for you and your winning designer to discuss any modifications you need.
How long do I have to make modifications to my design?
After the source files have been sent, you will have 7 - 10 days to ask for modifications. However, if you have special circumstances and need more time, please contact support.
