The design of the home page should be clean and simple.
Background:
Our website TrimDownClub.com is a new and innovative diet and nutrition community website.
The website will have a lot of offering including magazines, recent studies, online tools and graphs, social network, diet plans, online meetings and much more.
In the future we will also integrate webinars and Dietitian online capabilities to our members.
Our target audience is the American and European Market, mostly women at the ages of 35-55.
In order to join our club you can either join as a free member with limited access or to buy our program and to have a full access to all our tools and information.
You can also reach our homepage as a guest and explore the articles, the newsletter, the forum, learn about our program and tools and some other limited information.
Design Guidelines:
The design of the home page should be clean and simple.
It should reflect our offering to the visitors and to our members very quickly and easily to understand.
We are not going to show or sell any third party advertisements in our home page and it's going to be dedicated only to the offering of the TrimDownClub.
In addition, it's very important that the design should also reflect credibility and reliability.
In this project you will entail a 1 page design - the home page.
We also expect you to came up with a graphic language including Title design or Logo, Icons, Fonts, Colors etc. for the home page.
We would like to be able to use this graphical language further in all our web site pages (we will consider doing it with the winner as a next step in the design).
Please find enclosed wireframe of the homepage.
You may do some changes according to your design requirements. Though you must include (at least) all elements on the page.
Components on the Wireframe
· TrimDownClub Logo and header. Logo should match website design language.
· Top Menu links for logging in / register / etc’
· Menu – should enable navigation in the site.
· Video Promotion Of Our Website – In this video we will present our website benefits and explain all features.
· Register and login – enable the user to login / register to our site.
· Slogan of our website.
· Last Updates From Nutrition & Diet Forum – this component will present the new items from our community forum and present what our members are all about now.
· About our program - Components of our diet program. We have put 6 of them on screen though we have much more. You can think of a nice way to present this component not limited to the amount of components inside. Please read all component description on OUR PROGRAM INCLUDES section in the attached document before you proceed.
· Hottest items of our Weekly challenge – A diet challenge that our members sign for every week and try to meet requirements of the challenge.
· Hot Recipes – roller of our most popular recipes.
· Footer links – navigation to inner pages.
