Does number of entries affect designer rank?

Realizing with current revised rules, if you enter several designs into a contest (at the close of the contest), you will receive rating points for your highest rated design only from that contest. But I was just wondering if number of entries figure into tabulating designer rank in any way?

no , the number of entries do not count any more it is more like the number of contests you enter with the highest rated design in that contest

the old way is why we changed the designer levels..... you have so many designers with several thousand entries and lets say 4 gold medals at the top of the list, but if you look down to let say designer listed at or ranked at 40 had less entries but 15 golds, so our new designer levels is more true to your ranking with quality over quantity. Before designer were getting several hundred points in a contest if that ch was active with rating , just was not fair at all : )

what happens if you have multiple designs but they all have the same amout of rating points. Do you only get the points for one design.

As I understand it, designers will only receive (1) rating per contest that they enter for their highest rated design. So, if you enter 4 designs into a contest and each receives 75 points for example, you would only receive a total of 75 points for that contest after that contest ends. (unless of course you end up winning with one of the designs or end up with a silver or bronze)
