Design entry positioning at the end of a contest

It should be mandatory that when a contest ends the CH should have already chosen
a winner and the winning design should be #1 in the "Entries" window. That way when
a designer goes to sleep thinking they had won a contest because they were #1 when the contest ended, only realizing that when they woke up the next morning to check the contest someone else had won, just sayin.
