The "forum" link takes me to the "Setting" page

The "forum" link takes me to the "Setting" page,
instead of to the forums page.

I checked this from my end and all seems to work fine. What did you click on to post this message?

When I click the "forum" link, it looks like it goes to the "forum" page and immediately jumps to the "Setting" page.
If I click the "back" button or confirm my current settings, it takes me to the "forum" page.

The same thing happens to me, but not every time. Fairly irritating, but it usually only happens once and then it is fine.
