how designers are being ban?

hi guys! i just want to ask how will be the designer ban into DC, so each and one of us may know what to avoid and not to do in DC.

a designer will be banned if infractions points add up to 90 points or more, multiple accounts, deliberate stealing of others work, language, this is just a few examples, please read the tos along with rules and guidelines
