Unable to upload Source Files or Comment after Win

Hi,

I've received notification of winning my first contest:

Log+App icon for Taxi App

I'm new at this so I read the help FAQ, and understand I'm expected to upload source files within 24 hrs to avoid infractions, however there is no upload button on contest page. Contest status is closed, and while I seem to have received a gold medal for the win (as shown in profile), the winning design doesn't have a medal attached on Contest page. Only silver medal design shows medal.

Read on a forum post that I should at least write a comment on the Contest page after winning to show I am attending to it. But no reply or comment buttons are available.

Any advice on how to proceed much appreciated. Keen on doing things by the book.
