Wow, most of you study art/design etc... well, I'm a law student. That's a bit too far from anything artistic. But I love design and drawing, so I try to do that during my studies as well :)

First a shout out to a neighbor HMDesigns ...
Me, I am in Lewisville TX ... hello

My education is a BA in Visual Arts . double major in Art.
I did public relations for 10 years for a university and that is where I thought myself all about graphic designs. I then became interested in logos and took an online class to learn the logic of how to do logos. I found out I had a nack and I love it.

I also can do websites, other printed materials and do video editing. I am a freelancer for commerical art also. AND I have designed several tattoos. although I do not have any myself.
But I got into logos for some odd reason and I really like doing them.

I recently graduated with a Bachelors degree in Economics, my major was Marketing. That was also a reason for my interest in design, because I think it goes well together, and it's crucial to understand both to be good at it.

I studied petroleum engineering, but never finished it:) Lack of money at that time, so I just quit on my 5th year. Besides, I just not sure that is what I want...So I start do what I like, worked in advertising industry and learned graphic program from that working experience.

This is really interesting... to see so many different educational and occupation field, as well as experience.
I had studied Fine Arts/Product design, and had worked in retail - great combination:)))) And... I had never had much interest in graphic design, well... since the end of last year. Now, I can't stop and still have so so so much to learn.

In high school I started learning the basics of (then) Macromedia Fireworks with just a little prior experience with Flash 5, but beyond the basic course I picked up a lot on my own at home doing a lot of free work as practice for people requesting simple banners, signatures, etc. on forums. I'm in my 3rd year of college working for my Ba Degree in Art with emph. in Graphic Design, where I've picked up Illustrator and Photoshop, and a few others from the Adobe collection.

I Studied BA (hons) Graphic Design at Falmouth College of Arts, Cornwall, England. An Enjoyable course in idyllic surroundings. Brushed shoulders with some amazing designers. I'm only artworking at the moment for a screenprint firm but am still passionate about design and wish for it to be my main occupation.

I studied Illustration and Life Painting...and still enjoy both. But it is a thousand times easier to make a living as a graphic artist! I learned on the job at an auto magazine company.

Well I have no degrees in graphic design. I am self taught in design and I just recently just started using illustrator. So I am still new to the whole print design and vector based images. I got laid off from my job about 6 months ago so I am trying to make my passion into a actual job. I'm working on trying to open my own " T-shirt / Graphics " shop where I live. And I'm also thinking about taking online classes. But for right now i'm just a stay at home dad.
