2nd one is hard to read H20. Maybe bit too fishy.
Top one I have a tip for you, try looking at real bubble and replicate them too make it get just bit more than simple radial gradient.

What our logo ended up with was the 2 embedded in to the middle of the H and O.
This was it:
I'd feel different to Chung Dha though. I don't like the idea of using something that looks like an actual bubble. I like the computerised simple look, but give both a try and see which you like. People will know its a bubble whichever you go with.

Anxious to see further revisions or new concepts, you simply can't leave your friend's logo as it is!

It's got the right feel and you've nailed it with the shade of blue. Just change Scuba from red to black. Maybe make the font a bit bolder, I think you've got a pretty good logo =]
Build on what you've got!

Here are some very quick revisions - I had to put this logo on the backburner because of other projects. I'm still not sure which direction I like, at first I was definitely leaning towards the more realistic look, but I'm finding I like the stylized bubbles. Only thing I'm worried about is that they look a bit too cartoonish, however, it is something the owner of the shop would probably like
I still want to explore more options with fonts, because I feel they're not quite there yet either. But the suggestions on bolder fonts really made a difference, thanks guys!

I like that the bottom row is nice and bold, the logo is stylized and fun.
The top row, specifically the first or second logo seems to have the best composition with regards to the H20 symbol -maybe a bit too light/faint though, they are less dynamic than the bottom row but I think they also communicate the 'H20' idea a little more clearly.
MUCH CLOSER!
