Which one should l do for web sites..

1) Learn HTML/PHP to make web sites using by notepad

2) Make web sites using by Dreamweaver MX.

Use dreamweaver, but do the split thing where you use html/php/whatever and then can see the design below. It makes designing pages like a million times faster

yup.. do both. Learn HTML, PHP, etc. but then use Dreamweaver to edit it. I think alot of people think Dreamweaver is purely WYSIWYG, but it has a GREAT coding function built in.

i agree do both, but try learning a little raw html before jumping to dreamweaver, then noone can take anything away from you because you actually learned it.
Will work for food.
