I like it as a graphic but I don't see it as a logo for a computer company...at least not with out some text. It also doesn't seem too techy like I would envision a logo for a technologycompany. Is this the complete logo?

Hi,

As CA said, it would be more customised if a computer element was added to it, such as say circuit boards or a mouse or some other shape indication of what it is for.

Also, I think it would look better without the angle, as you look up at it and the eye travels from the bottom, not the top left.

Hope this helps!

Suzanne

yeah, the colors probably aren't right, either. i was just proud because i was able to make the font look so unique when it started out so basic. i added the serifs and the continuation nub in the middle of the letter. :) i need to go back to the drawing board it seems. thanks for all the critiques, guys. -eric

Its not bad, but if I were you, I'd probably use the brush tool and using darker colours brush the separate parts of the design then blur them to give a 3d effect, to give it some depth. Or play with some layer styles.
Mmmm, blueshout...

It's a nice logo but I wouldn't have associated it with a computer company.

I agree with everyone else that it is a nice logo. It just might be too much of a "Vintage" style for a computer company. The colors might come into effect with that vintage style. Maybe adding some lighting effects to the P to make it stand out a bit more.

Overall nice job
