To change the color of a background in Corel Draw follow the bellow steps:
1.Go to the File menu, and either open an existing file or create a new one.
2.Go to the "Layout" menu and scroll down to "Page Background."
3.Under ‘Background’ there are some options, select the ‘solid’ Radio button.
4.Hover the mouse over your color palette and pick a color.
5.Click "OK" .
