What if an animals blood was green? would that make them an allien? and if so would we consider them a vegetable and make vegan's more likely to eat them?

I have a pet rat, a baby, only about 2.5" long (not including the tail), named Turbo (because she's a fast little sucker!) and I just litterbox trained her. No joke. She has a tiny litterbox in her aquarium, with tiny poops in it!
