yeah agreed, to take care of the control/click i just use a 2 buttom mouse as well, i mainly was using the 2 button mouse for video games, and then got hooked using it while designing, and now i wont use a mac mouse.

I have two Macs – a 12" ibook and a new 20" Intel iMac.

The new iMacs and Mac Pros now come with the Apple Mighty Mouse, which has scrolling in addition to two buttons for right-clicking goodness. I prefer my Wacom tablet over a mouse, but at work I use a Microsoft mouse with my Mac and it works perfectly.

I have a PC, would like a MAC. Macs are built for design and their built to last a lifetime. So, once, i have got enough money from stealing from little kids, I would be able to afford it. lol

I'm probably the only graphic designer on these forums who's never used a Mac. I work now on a ThinkPad T60p but am looking into picking up my first Mac to do more advanced graphic work/Flash. If anyone has suggestions I'd be highly interested.

Thanks!

Laptop HP with windows XP. Smartphone/pda with photo editing program.

Good old sketch book and all in one scanner form Cannon and a A3 printer also cannon.

I want a tablet PC would be better for the enviorment. Less paper waste and less energy uses thru the scanner. I got a normal tablet but really don't like to use it to draw things. Still miss the feeling of pencil to paper.

I saw navisis ez-canvas a extra glass you put in front of your screen and need some calibration though and change ur normal screen to a tablet. Cost just 150euro, but not sure if i should order it or not. Cause i donno if it would fit on a laptop. But i got a extra tft but when i use a extra screen my laptop gets very slow.

At the moment I'm using a 12inch LG laptop for everything. It actually does it's purpose very well. The only backside (if you count out that I'm having a tiny screen) is that the monitor doesn't show the colors right and have way wrong alphacoloring.

Yet, the power of beeing able to bring it absolutely everywhere in my inner pocket makes it worth it :D

I use a dell, way under $1000 but with upgrades. 2 gigs of ram, 128 Nvidia gfx card, Pentium 4 2.7 GHz processor and thats pretty much it. :D
Quality never goes out of style.
