In practical job, sometimes client want quick preview for their design. For a simple logo and layout design corel do more quickly. Doesn't mean corel can't do what Ai does. Event blur effect. As long as we know what should we do (what tools we should use).

I start designing in Corel Draw. I was okay but when I someone introduces me the Illustrator I was surprise, I can create more designs that I cannot do in other software program. I can only suggest that used software program which you think that your being comfortable and easy to use in your own.

regards all

For me, all vector software program can be considered your designs as a professional but depends on how you present it in a professional way. Thanks.

For me the best program for vectorization is where I get the effects in the shortest time. And Corel for me is the fastest

Corel is very user friendly, and at times I find myself also using Corel for logo designs.

The Best possible color calibration in coreldraw 11 and more.

Dear All,
I really want to have a vector graphics program on my Intel PC. I used to learn Coreldraw many years ago (and of course on Windows). After I switched my religion to Intel PC, I have been dreaming to get the latest version of CorelDraw created for Intel PC. The reason: it's easier to use than Illustrator.
Update Version Very Interesting don't miss I think very easy to use

I also have experience with both (CDR and AI) and generally , in my opinion Corel is better for simple tasks (for example :simple logo design)
but in more complex designing Corel became unstable and " break down" very easy or take to much time to proceed . If you need to work on design which include many effects my suggest is AI. If you need fast designing of simple logo use a Corel. However, its good to know work with both.

The Corel Draw is professional for vector-design. When I started few years ago, I used only Corel Draw (2.1 version). But last 10 years I use Illustrator.

For me, corel is corel. Until version X6 the Illustrator was better with effects (shadow, gradiants...) but now I can stay on line with any one who use Illustrator :)

I´ve been using Corel since version 5 There´s been a total improvement since then, basically you can don any art design on it and trust on the quality of the end result. I keep using it and surely I'll keep on it.

Hi vic, i have one quasion for you.

As architech you maybe work in 3d max and probably know what is the best way to import corel vector file in 3d max and then make 3d frm that. I am start learning 3d max and I want to find way to connect corel and 3d max.
