Usually it has to pass 3 months for guaranteed contest to be considered as abandoned.

Both of those are over a month in exp mode.

what happened to 

i got notification - a winner have been selected but i can't enter it. 

will appreciate explanation and what are the roles in general regarding expired contests

so i know ahead what to expect , where can i read bout those roles?

You have taken the time to send in helpdesk tickets about how bad and unclear this process is but yet no votes with any of these abandoned contests

sorry I do not get this unless you just want to keep complaining about how bad the process is for you, when this is an outstanding example of why there is a backlog of abandoned contests to vote on

Here is the thing

1. you don't go to chat and vote, you go to designers chat in the forum, designers chat is a forum thread just for designers

2. if you had searched the forums you would have found many threads about this topic

3. Why do you think there is aback log of abandoned contests? Because designers do not vote or only vote on the contests they have entered

4. we are not changing this process it works well.

5. As I said several times now simply go to the forums and check for abandoned contests to vote on, it is very simple and very clear. 

6. We are not sending emails out to every designer in every abandoned contest
