Becoming a Design Team Member

How do i get the template i see for logo submissions or is that automatic when you submit?

Those templates are used only for guaranteed contests. Guaranteed contests at DC are for Design Team members only. For more information about the Design Team, click on the links in my signature

I can now believe that I finally found a forum were the 6th sence can be released!
I have a huge portfolio and it is growing!
How do I get involved with participating in this forum of designers to have mine, and everyone elses designes, recognized?

While reading through this thread I noticed a couple people mentioned that they did not know where to post their work online. I just found this portfolio site called Carbonmade that lets you post 5 projects for free. If you want to post more you have to subscribe. But i think that this is a great site if you want to get something online without a lot of hassle. I think it only took me about an hour to post mine up.

Only DesignTeam members can post on paid contests. You don't have those priviledges.

What you need...

Want to apply to join the Design Team? Do you have all the requisits necessary?
If so, you should patiently wait for a reply of the Admin in charge of the applications.
If its taking too long, several things may happened and the person in charge when he sees this post of your will reply, or send you a Private Message.

Sometimes it isn't very dificult to figure that out.
All you need is to pay more attention. You are definately in the right thread, and all you have to do is read all the posts (or the majority) and you'll immediately know what steps to become a design team member.

For instance, did you notice the signature of one of ours Admins, _Redrum? You have his post immediately above yours. Look at his signature and you'll know exactly what to do, just follow the links and.... read about it.

And don't forget to browse around a little more the dc.net community toget to know us better.

Ok. Good luck with your application. Although I see that you only have 4 posts... required is 10, I believe.

Its ok, as long you get involved in the dc.net community by posting your ideas on other peoples work on the Showoff - Finished projects and Works in Progress sub-forums, just to name a couple oth them.

Introducing yourself would be nice too...
