I agree on #1 and #3. I also think that making this a flash site would look great. It will look good as html and css as well but flash would put it over the top. Nice work.

The first design has alot of potential. I wonder why you didn't incorporate the dark gradient exhibited in 4 and 5 with the extremley light value exhibited in the first one, in my opinion this could create a very dramatic effect when viewing your logo.
