I think you could get a better deal than that.
3 subdomains ain't very good. Though, the price is pretty nice.
And you phpd, maybe you could post some more information about your server? Traffic? Speed? Space? Bandwidth?

is just a crazy setup, why would anyone need 1 Gb space and only 5 Gb bandwidth and all that for $30/year? I mean just to tell your friends you got that big an account for so cheap? Well, that makes sense then.
I mean, an average site uses way less than 50 Mb, 1 Gb space would be appropriate if you have a big MP3s archive or smth like that, but that is not what I allow on my server.
Besides, it's a windows hosting, this link you posted, and windows servers have a little different setups/features/software/control panels.
Anyway, my server is in Servermatrix datacenter, Texas, on 10 Mb/s port, but that shouldn't be much of an issue, as this whole pipe would be used up only if you have a forum 50 times bigger than this one (I mean total online users).
As for space/bandwidth/price:
Well I can offer smth. in this range:
100 Mb space/5Gb bandwidth for $25 if you pay for 6 months or $45 if you pay for a year.
500 Mb space/20 Gb bandwidth for $60 if you pay for 6 months or $110 if you pay for a year.
You can get an unlimited number of mailboxes/mysql databases, etc.
If you already know how much space/bandwidth your site uses/you need, contact me for a custom quote.

oh, and then 2 more of what i dont even know.
i would reccommend rcthost.com.
Actually, you can use one database for many scripts. Just make sure each script has unique tables in the database. Also, there is NO performance increase, if you use several databases compared to using just one, unless you have thousands of tables in the database, that you might want to split between several.

Yeah, they are overselling like crazy, so what. This is just not right, that is just the sort of setup where you have high server loads, things breaking, etc., but for hobby sites it is probably ok, but definately not kind of host where I would like to put my high availability (read: business) website if I were to choose.

So really.. its not a bad deal at all, especially when you start looking at the $50 packages.
Anyways, as far as your plans go.. I think you should cut the space in half, and increase the subdomains and mysql databases to 5 each.

May I ask you a couple of questions?
1) How long have you been with them?
2) How much space/bandwidth are you really using and on what plan?

Hope that helps
Exactly! 1 Gb is a lot of bandwidth, 95% of the sites don't push more than that, 70% stay below 500 Mb monthly bandwidth. Most sites don't use more than 50 Mb space, your is using more probably because you store too much email and don't delete it, or else you have many graphcis uploaded, tell me if my guess is right here
Anyway, my point is most hosts know those numbers, and they know they can oversell their bandwidth, space (sell more than what they really have), because out of 100 users only maybe 5 will use up as much as they're given, all the others will stay way below their maximum limits. But if all users, or even 25 of them started hitting their limits, these servers would go down in 5 minutes, or would get to the point where they'd be completely unusable because of overload. It will just never happen, because most users want more than they really need

and btw, the plans have changed a bit. now there are these offers:
150 Mb space/5Gb bandwidth for $20 if you pay for 6 months or $35 if you pay for a year.
500 Mb space/20 Gb bandwidth for $50 if you pay for 6 months or $90 if you pay for a year.
If you need a custom plan/quote, feel free to contact me.
